Oh and please answer my question if you’re gonna post something that I don’t need then I rather you not answer. Also answers please no LINKS to websites!
Thanks in advance!

To me, sizing goes something like this:
Extra Small- Chihuahua
Small-Bichon Frise
Medium- Boxer
Large- Labrador Retriever
Extra Large- Teacup Great New Finlanidane.

Just kidding.

Extra Large- St. Bernard

In my book I would consider them on the larger side… I go more on weight though.. Like anything over say 35ish lbs I consider a large dog.

They are definitely LARGE! A medium dog would be a Border Collie, Springer Spaniel, etc. The 23-25" is at the shoulder.

I think they are considered to be a medium sized breed; they are really right between medium and large. I have owned boxers who were 55-60 lbs and a boxer who was 85 lbs, all of them healthy weights. So an individual dog could actually be of medium size or large depending on its genetics and enviroment as a pup. My feeling is that a lot of people see a boxer as a large breed ’cause they have a lot of presence!!
