Boxers are the best dogs, one of the best dogs for kids and very protective. Extremely smart also. But they act like puppies for 2 years at least.

I was playing with …
I was playing with a boxer, his left hook was fierce. He BOXED my contact right out of my eye. He tried his best to lick “kiss” my eye to make it better. He immediately knew he “hurt” me.
That’s quite alright, pookies but no thanks.

I know what you mean. i was playing with my boxer, and he got me in the eye, I had a red scar for while down my eye from him. But it is gone now thank goodness. But I love him, he is my assistance dog he never will let anything hurt me on purpose. And he is great with toddlers, lets them come up and balance on him, and he gently kisses them.
