For cheaper Health Care for dogs which organization is better?ASPCA or Human Society?
AS many people might know in NYC the price of health care for dogs are expensive. Which organization has cheaper clinics?
The ASPCA and Humane Society offer low-cost vet care only to those who qualify based on income levels. The ASPCA only offers limited discounted services (i.e. spay/neuter, vaccines) to those that qualify based on low income. They offer care to others as well (and a wide range of services beyond those they discount), but at rates similar to those you would find at a private practice. I do not believe the Humane Society clinic serves those that do not qualify as a "limited income" household. Contact them for eligibility details.
If you are looking for just basics (spay/neuter and vaccinations), there are generally a variety of lower-cost options available to you. Cost to you will depend on your income level and ability to qualify for specific programs.
they’re one in the same. either/or

You need to call different places and ask, they will all quote prices over the phone and you can ask friends & neighbors for recommendations.
The HSUS does not operate any shelters, they are largely a political lobby organization and their ads on TV are very misleading. Check them out, they are pretty much a scam as about 40% of the money they raise goes for high salaries to pay them! See: http://www.animalscam.com/news.cfm?id=4162 Only half of one percent actually goes to benefit shelter animals directly. Why is this legal? Yeah, I’d like to know too!
There may be totally legitimate local organizations called a humane society, such as the "Hooterville Humane Society", but they are not affiliated w/ the HSUS. Nowadays there are so many fake charities, you really do have to check them out!
The SPCA is a legitimate charitable organization that is NOT affiliated w/ the HSUS and they do often offer low cost health care, so check them out. Sometimes there are also discount coupons that are available to low income people that vets will accept, so check that out too. Most any vet’s office can tell you about that.
