I have a minpin and he loves pedigree dog foods (dry) I add some chicken to it and that is the only way he eats. Try hand feeding your dog. I do it. He eats more this way and I dont mind. I love my minpin. The stomach bloated may need vet attention. He couldve be allergic to something in the new food. I wonder why you weitched in the first place.
References :
Switching food is a 10 day process. Mix a little of the new stuff with the old stuff, and gradually increase the new stuff and decrease the old stuff. The dog will get used to eating the new stuff this way.

Keep him on the old stuff.

Also, take him to a vet.
References :
Like the first answerer said, you can't just go and switch his food like that. Dogs have pretty sensitive stomachs. If you can afford it, I would try Royal Canine, the stuff is amazing for your dog but on the expensive side. If that doesn't help AT ALL, take him to the vet because he might have worms (the only reason I would think of that is the bloating)

Hope this helped, and that that your doggy feels better!!!
References :
AHHH...I breed/raise Min Pins....a diet change will most likely cause diarrhea...but I've never seen a Min Pin not eat unless they were ill. Bloating is generally caused by worms in dogs...I think that maybe you should get him checked out by the vet. Sounds like he's a sick little guy.
Good Luck!
References :
oh you can't just suddenly switch his diet like that, that'll cause him to have even more stomach problems. you have to do it gradually over a 1-2 week period. and...science diet isn't that great of a dog food brand, sorry to say. i would switch that to something better. but if you get it from a grocery store/pet store it is more than likely not any better. here's a website you can use, it'll explain it all: www.dogfoodanalysis.com

and for the bloated thing...sounds like a trip to the vet.
