dogs aren't humans.

if you dyed a dog's hair it would smell very funny to him and he couldn't run away from the bad smell (just like tying a string of tin cans to a dog's tail will make them run until they collapse from exhaustion)

The dog would either like it and lick it a lot and possibly get sick, or he would bite at it to try and remove it, eventually damaging himself. (dogs like wild animals will chew off their own leg to get out of a trap, so he will hurt himself if he thinks he needs to)

A dog may eventually get used to earrings the way they do collars, but I would fear the earring swingnig around and poking a floppy eared dog in the eye, or snagging and ripping out causing a very serious wound to the ear.

Remember, dog's ears are very specially shaped for the different things we ask our breeds to do, messing with the ears will cause a lot of problems for certain breeds
References :
Porcelain veneers? You don't have enough $$$ for true doggie dental work. A lady I train dogs with had to have 1 tooth capped on her Golden Retriever who broke a canine. $1500 for a stainless steel cap. It would have been over $2000 if the dog had needed a root canal.
Your dog is a living, breathing creature, not a fashion accessory to "doll up" to match whatever you decide to wear.
References :
So long as the dye or highlights are a safe product, I don't see any problem with it. Porcelain veneer....I don't really see the point, but if it will adhere, there's probably not any lasting health issues, unless the dog would have a reaction to the sedation while the procedure was being done. Putting earrings on....now that one, I could see a problem. If you're talking about pierced ones, the dog could scratch, hook the earring with their nails, and rip it out, causing pain and physical damage. The rest of it...while I personally think it's silly, it's not for me to say, and I don't feel like it's abusive.
References :
Teeth can not be veenered. Do not put earings on him; that would hurt. DO NOT use human hair products on him.

Here is a link to doggy hair dye.

Im gonna go ahead and assume that you're trying to be funny, because otherwise.. well.. yeah..

But definantly.. Some nice caramel highlights in a coat could totaly make a difference in its health.. And who doesnt feel better after a pawdicure?

Now on the off chance you're being serious.. Get a life.. Seriously. This is a dog, not your dollie. Ask mommy for a new fun dolly to play dress up with, and go have a nappy.Try not to abuse any dogs along the way
References :
I'm not sure why you would do any of this to a dog. Why would you want to porcelain veneer a dog's teeth?? Dying the hair could create skin problems and putting earrings on a dog is just a bad idea. The dog will get them caught on stuff or rip them out when he scratches his ears.
