what signs and symptoms do pregnant dogs have?

i think my dog is pregnant she has been lactating and their is something lumpy in her stomach down by her legs could she be pregnant?and what signs and symptoms do pregnant dogs have?

I don’t know if she might be pregnant but here are some signs:
Their breast get bigger
They nurse some toys
They somtimes lie in cozy spots(and somtimes make their own nest)
Those are all the sighs that i know of but if you really really think you dog is pregnat take her to the vet to make sure shes healthy,swich to puppy food and find a big Box or crate(big enough so they can strech so they can give birth confortablely)and lay blankets in the box and make sure that the puppies cant get out of the box and keep the puppies warm at all times because theyre very sensitive to the cold.
