How to introduce a dog that was raised around cats to a house where the cats dont know dogs?

Friend is moving in with her cat(No troubles here.) and dog. Her dog gets along with cats, but my cats don’t know Dogs. My cat Mittens is trying to tear the dog up, and my cat Delilah is running away. What can we do to associate them better?

Well, is the dog the friendly type? If he/she is, then leave Delilah in a room with it. Keep your ear to the door so you can rescue her if the dog goes crazy. It should let her know that the dog isn’t going to hurt her. As for Mittens, scold her if she continues to attack the dog.
