How fast does hair grow Maltese dogs?

I’m planning on getting a Maltese soon and does anybody know how fast their hair grows? Thanks.
I have a very small maltese. Her hair grows pretty fast. One bit of advice if you let her hair grow you will have to brush constantly. Professional grooming is necessary because when they are wet their hair is like cotton candy. it wil mat at the skin and is impossible to brush out. Good luck they are awesome dogs!

To keep his hair the length I find easiest to control, I have my Maltese groomed every two months. I would stongly recommend you purchase a book about the Maltese breed to refer to any questions you may have once you’ve gotten your dog. The Maltese is an excellent, loving, intelligent house pet. Wonderful too, is the fact that being a single-hair, they don’t shed and are frequently tolerated by people with allergies. Enjoy!!!
