is it normal for Maltese dogs to have a brownish-black spot on their testicle area?

When he was little, it was a small spot and now it’s bigger. I also have a concern of how many testicles should he have? I notice that there feels like 2 small pea-sized balls where the 2 regular size balls are located?

If you are not talking about his bulbus glands which are located at the base of his penis, and you are talking about his actual scrotum sacks, then you shouldn’t feel extra pea size lumps. Might be a good idea to get him checked out.

I would get the brownish black spot checked anyway, although if it has been there for years it is probably nothing, although dogs can get melnoma’s like us.
