My 2 dogs became very ill and died almost simultaneously. I believe they may have ingested something toxic that the neighbour threw in my yard. One dog became extremely weak, had a blood transfusion but did not improve as her liver gave out. Her skin turned very yellow and she was unable to move herself. The other dog started bleeding profusely , became extremely weak and had to be put down.
Somebody must have been real sick of listening to those things bark! That sounds like two completely different poisons – if they were poisons.

I have a 5 year old Maltese who is like my child he is so spoiled and I love him a lot! I was wondering how long do they usualy live for and if you had one had long did yours live for and what was the problem when he/she passed? What are there health probelms?
While 12-14 years is the average lifespan of a Maltese, some live less, some live more. It’s very important that your dog is fed a natural high quality nutrient dense kibble, along with some healthy wet food. And proper dental care is of the up most importance. Too often I meet small breed pet owners whose dogs are missing several, or almost all of their teeth. By age 3, 75% of all dogs develop periodontal disease. Some other area of concerns can be the knees, thyroid, and eyes. I recommend regular vet check ups, and lots of love!

Here’s a little song…

Where, where?
Hotdogs for sale!
But where, but where, but where?
Over there by the beef burgers.
No just peanuts and bananas.

Antioxidants are very important to the health and wellbeing of your dog. Antioxidants are vitamins, minerals and enzymes that protect the body from the damaging effects of free radicals. Antioxidants, which have healing properties, are found in certain vitamins and foods. The body manufactures a defense against free radicals in the form of antioxidants. However, there are more free radicals actively destroying the cell membrane than our body can defend against. This is where the antioxidants in good quality dog vitamins step in to assist the natural defense mechanism of the bodies. When the antioxidants are introduced into the body, there is a boosting of the immune system and a decrease in the ravages of free radicals.

Friend is moving in with her cat(No troubles here.) and dog. Her dog gets along with cats, but my cats don’t know Dogs. My cat Mittens is trying to tear the dog up, and my cat Delilah is running away. What can we do to associate them better?
introduce slowly and under control
let the cats have safe places

When I leave my house my 10 month old Boxer dog wines the entire time until I get back. And he never spends more than an hour by himself, when he’s with you he has to be touching you, laid on you or licking you or something. And he’s really cautious, he sits outside and watches the yard. Or stares at the woods for hours on end.
He’s half boxer & half rottweiler.
I’m just wondering if they get anxiety or separation anxiety.
nope
just not enough training, exercise and socialization not breed

My neighbors have just installed an "ultrasonic animal repeller" in their yard that is a nightmare for squirrels, birds and for my precious maltese dogs. This device is not pointed to my yard but my dogs refuse to go out. How can I handle this situation as these neighbors are unapproachable?.
You don’t really have any choice other than to go and talk to your neighbors and ask them to remove the device. If you feel endangered by speaking to them, bring an imposing male friend with you.

I have two labradoodles, one is of average size and the other a little smaller. I want to have them pull me in a wagon down my street. Would they be able to handle my weight (162 pounds) without being hurt if theyre both pulling at the same time?
fyi aisha, dog pulled sleds are common in some parts of the world
I’m just thinking you’ll want a 2nd person to control and guide the dogs. You don’t want a trip to the ER.

I really want to know what the big difference is or if there is even a difference between what they call bull and diamond boxers…and is there any other kind of boxer other than by their color brindle, white ect…please explain in details and if you can show pictures or show site..
a boxer is a boxer. anyone selling a "super special" kind of boxer is a backyard breeder and should be avoided.
ADD: Good link John. The actual breeder "Diamond Boxers" looks amazing.
