I want to know the specific times pet dogs are not allowed in TTC buses in Toronto?

I am asking this just to be informed because i usually bring my pet dog anywhere i go in the GTA.
20 a) No person shall bring any animal onto any vehicle or premises of the Commission during the hours of 0630 hours to 0930 hours and 1530 hours to 1830 hours, Monday to Friday inclusive, during any emergency, or at any other time that vehicles are heavily loaded.
