After a career of …
After a career of conveying various expressions of love in song, Nat King Cole recorded “L-O-V-E” in June 1964 — only five months before being diagnosed with lung cancer. His wonderful voice was silenced a month before he turned 46. Fox Chase’s amazing doctors, nurses, and researchers engender L-O-V-E, H-O-P-E, and D-I-S-C-O-V-E-R-Y every day. To their patients and family members and those who benefit from their life’s work, they are — as Cole famously put it — unforgettable!
