Many do take advantage of people who think of pets like they are children, etc. Reality is ...they are not !! There's far worse in here then Per Owners who can't afford vet bills !!! Some people can't afford to go to the vet or sometimes children might be asking the questions. A responsible owner does not let their dog who has multiple symptoms wait on answers from the Internet. I don't understand why they don't at least call a vet and then listen to them.
